“Inspiration” follows a thread of Matilde’s previous work, where she reflects on personal experience working as a model in the fashion industry for the last decade. Through the use of photography, text, collage and video, Matilde questions the norms of the beauty industry with her self captured image serving as a radical way to humanise and bring back the power to otherwise deleted personhood of a model.
